You don't expect your teeth to fall out while you're traveling.
But that's exactly what happened to Trisha Koski.
She's a mom of eight, a grandmother, and someone who thought she'd tried everything until biological dentistry gave her a path forward.
We sat down with Trisha to talk about what brought her to TRYBE, how her experience changed her life (and her kids'), and why she's never going back to traditional dental care.
⸻
TRYBE: Can you take us back to when this all started?
TRISHA:
"So I'm Trisha Koski from Minnesota, and I'm a mom of eight kids, and I have one grandbaby."
⸻
TRYBE: What brought you to biological dentistry?
TRISHA:
"And I think having an open mind is what brought me to learn about the biological dentistry and the Swiss Dental Solutions model. And I think that's why I'm here."
⸻
TRYBE: When did your dental issues begin?
TRISHA:
"So this dental problem started when I was just a little kid. It just piled up and up over the years.
So now I'm in my 40s, and it caught up to me and I had to do something about it.
I needed a full mouth restoration.
After many years of my teeth crumbling, I just—there had to be something done.
I had massive infection in my mouth, and my body was starting to feel it in other places.
So I knew that I had to take care of my teeth before the rest of my body could heal."
⸻
TRYBE: What was your experience like at TRYBE?
TRISHA:
"I have had such an awesome experience here, and I would highly recommend it to anybody.
But don't too many people come, because I want to still be able to come hahaha.
The people here are like family. When you walk in the door, the front desk ladies are just happy to see you.
They're welcoming, and they do a very thorough job."
⸻
TRYBE: Did you feel supported during the whole process?
TRISHA:
"So if you have anything that you're feeling is off, before you leave from here, you just tell them—and they fix it.
So you're going to leave feeling good about the work that's been done, but then also feeling good here.(touchers her heart)"
⸻
TRYBE: You brought your kids too, right?
TRISHA:
"We brought two of our kids with us. And they just needed dental work done.
We hadn't been to the dentist for quite some years, and they've always been afraid of dentists.
So I knew that if I brought them here, they could get kind of a new mindset on dental work. And they did."
TRYBE:That's powerful. What made it so different for them?
TRISHA:
"Because the people here, they give them hugs, they're like mama to them, and they just make them feel comfortable. They explain everything that needs to be explained.
So I think that was really worth it for us to bring our two kids down here. Plus—we got to travel this time.
We got to see a bit of Costa Rica. They had a time of their life traveling around here. So yes, that was good for our family to come here."

Sometimes your mouth is the last place you look for healing but the first place it starts.
If you're tired of feeling off and no one has answers…this might be where it all begins.
