Exosome Therapy

Exosomes work by sending your body the signal to heal.

Exosomes are the messengers your stem cells release to guide repair — carrying proteins, growth factors, and microRNAs that tell damaged cells how to repair themselves. As we age, our supply of mesenchymal stem cells declines, and so does our natural output of these messengers. We deliver them directly to where you need them: joints, skin, follicles, wherever the damage is.

Our Regenerative Approach

What exosomes can help with

Joint pain and chronic inflammation
For chronic joint pain and stubborn inflammation. Injected directly into the joint or given by IV for inflammation showing up throughout the body.
Skin aging and scarring
For fine lines and skin that's slow to heal. Exosomes support collagen production and tissue repair, delivered by injection.
Hair thinning
For early thinning and inactive follicles. Scalp injections help reactivate hair growth.
Recovery after surgery
From dental surgery to other surgical procedures, exosomes can help reduce surgical inflammation and are used as an adjunct treatment to help our patients recover faster.
Autoimmune conditions
Exosomes help calm an overactive immune response, easing the symptoms that come with it. Used alongside your current treatment plan, not in place of it.
General recovery
Built for athletes and anyone with a slow-healing injury who needs to recover faster.

How It Works

Deliver. Signal. Repair.

01 We find your target
Joint pain, skin aging, hair thinning, and inflammation all need their own approach. We begin by figuring out exactly what needs treatment.
02 We pick the method
For joints, we might use a direct injection or an IV if inflammation is affecting other parts of your body. For skin, scars, or hair thinning, we use microinjections.
03 The exosomes go to work
Once the treatment starts working, it helps reduce inflammation and encourages your cells to rebuild. Most people notice changes within a few days to a few weeks.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly are exosomes?

Tiny packages your cells send out to talk to each other. They carry proteins and genetic material that tell damaged tissue how to repair itself.

Is this treatment proven?

The research is strong and growing fast, but it's still a newer field. We use it where the evidence supports it, and we'll tell you clearly what's proven and what's still being studied.

How is it given for skin and hair?

A targeted microinjection to the treatment area.

How many treatments will I need?

Some people feel a difference after one session. Others do better with a short series, spaced a few weeks apart. We'll know more after your first visit.

Do I have to travel to Costa Rica?

No. U.S. patients can start with a telehealth visit. Some treatments require being in Costa Rica in person.

Are exosomes the same as stem cells?

No. Stem cells are living cells. Exosomes are the messages those cells send out. You get the repair signal without a live-cell treatment.

How is it given for joint pain?

Either a direct injection into the joint or an IV, depending on whether the inflammation is local or showing up in more than one spot. We'll walk you through which one fits your case.

Does it hurt?

An IV feels like a normal blood draw. Injections feel like a quick pinch. Neither comes with real downtime.

How long before I see results?

Skin and hair changes usually take a few weeks to show. Joint and inflammation relief can happen faster, sometimes within days.

What does it cost?

The first visit with our doctor is $150. Cost of treatment depends on what you need and how many sessions your case calls for.
