The IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) protocol for removing mercury fillings without releasing vapor. We're the only SMART-certified clinic in Costa Rica. Mercury sits in brain tissue for up to 30 years — removing it wrong is worse than leaving it alone.
Titanium corrodes and can trigger inflammation for years. Zirconia doesn't — it integrates clean and never sparks an immune reaction.

Treatment & Timeline
From diagnosis to final results: 4 to 8 months per stage. Our approach prioritizes your body's natural healing timeline — because fast doesn't always mean better when it comes to whole-body recovery.
- Stage 1: Plan for 7–10 days at our clinic.
- Healing Phase: Your body requires 4–6 months to rebuild bone and detox.
- Stage 2: Return for 10–14 days to complete restorations.
No. Your jaw needs up to 8 months to fully solidify after implant surgery. Rush that and you risk failure. If the tooth's visible, we'll place a provisional crown so you look good while you heal — it's cosmetic only, not functional yet.
Yes, though it's not our focus. We'll build it into your plan if you want it.
Yes. Age doesn't change the biology.
Yes, through assisted surgery for precision and faster recovery.
Probably. In 90% of the cases we see, non-biological extractions leave cavitations behind. We'll confirm with imaging.
